I am the customer of SUN DIRECT DTH at Darbhanga Bihar for last one and half Years . I have made several request to the the local dealer from where it is purchased regarding the poor picture quality , but he never responded seriously , every time he asuured me that the problem would be rectified very soon.
When he did not attended , the i loadged a complaint through the Company's call centre , they also assured me that it would be solved within 48 hrs but it also failed.
Then i made contact to the person on the project for the Bihar Mr. Jitu Mohanty at Orissa ,he also assured me but he also failed with his committment.
It is regretful for the deceived and captured customers .
