    Sir,

    sun direct DTH is giving poor services to the public.Their customer care lines are always busy.Whenever we register a complaint in online also no replies.At the high it stopped its telecasting to all the users for above 20 hours.According to the sun direct it has 5.8 million customers.Now it is not a personal complaint.It is a social issue for over 5.8 million subscribers.It also did not intimate its service disconnection to all its customers.It is now cheating all over 5.8 million subscribers and made them thrust.Most peoples subscribe for paid channels lose their valuable subscriptions for more over one day.News cant be reached to these 5.8 million customers.So Please consider this as the 5.8 million subscribers voice and grant a new penalty to the service.

    Default Sundirect DTH Poor customer service

    Hi,
    I am using the Sundirect DTH for the last 3 years. Currently I received a message from the operator that position of the dish has to change due to the change of satellite. I made a request to the customer care on 19.10.2010 (complain number :- 0025737441). Even after follow up regularly in each 4th or 5th day, nobody came from their end to correct this problem. Due to the change in their satellite, I am not getting any programme. Can you help me to resolve this problem

    Worst service.customer care is totally handicpped.distributor in patna misbehaving don't know how to talk to customer.technician takes bribe for providing service.sales people are helpless.distributor asking for service charge for there problem

    Unhappy None of the channels are available

    Hi,

    My smartcard no is 41028429862R.For the past month i am not getting most of the channels beacuse of the staelite change .I have given complaint many times not one ot 2 times .i am fed up in calling and asking same .each time they will give new new reference numberand will tell like they will send the technician withing 24 hr ,but nobody came till now.If i inform previous reference number ,they will say like no such reference number .I dont know wht to do next ?Please help me

    It looks like we are wasting our time with SUN DTH. They are very intelligent like they dont give any support simply will make money. Past two weeks my SUN DTH was down due to satellite change frequecny. I have called up several time but no use. I have moved to DISH TV and i getting nice support.

    Don't buy sun dth,if it is get free also. Only south indian channels you get,other indian channels are not get properly.

    Angry SUN dth doesn't work for last 3 weeks. No reponse even after raising complaint

    SUN DTH doesn't work for the last 3 weeks. I have raised a complaint and continously following up for the last 2 weeks. Still there is no response. Poor customer service. How to escalate this complaint?

    Post complaint againest bad service by SUN DIRECT

    I am Rajesh, from Bangalore. I have availed Sun DTH services to residence in Bangalore. My SIM card number is 41056553492R. It has been a regular problem in every aspect of interaction with Sun DTH call centers.
    since 27-12-2010 i am not getting any channels till now because of the change of satellite. before this date, and after this date i called customer care regarding alignment of dish, till today 26-02-2011 i called customercare 22 times but till now nobody has attended the problem.
    the card validity is upto april end, this is the bad service provided by SUNDIRECT.

    Dear readers please pre-check customer responsibility during purchasing such DTH services.
    . Does government allow such licences to DTH service companies, which do not have any backup services to its customers.
    I am surprised if government does not have any policy or framework to manage DTH services in the country. At least have the government published any contact numbers for us to contact.

    This N. Ramachandran. For any enquiries you may call to my mobile no. 9989681814. I am customer of SUN DTH since 2008. My Smart Card No: 41027610736. This is bring to all of the viewers that please do not take the SUN DTH connection. They are just defined for poor and uncommitted service providers. From January 14,2011 I am not getting the any of channel, even after Dish alignment. Repeated requests, reminders, calls none of their engineers visited our premises and resolved the problem. Near about Rs. 500.00 worth of tele calls have been expended by me. Inspite of the direct call to the Nodal Officer, no action has taken. The Smart Card has expired on February 02,2011. No SMS alert, no phone call nor email alerts. However, based on the assurance of one of their customer care executive, I have recharged the Smart Card for Rs. 500.00. But still now no channels are viewable.

    Kindly note that this is the way of giving service by SUN DTH. Hence, I hereby request all of the viewrs that please do not take SUN DTH and advise your friends and relatives not take this SUN DTH connection.

    Default Sun network has enough money from 2g scam, least bothered about customers

    Hi,

    I am from Bangalore.I had subscribed for Sun DTH two years back. After one year, it started missing many channels from my subscription. For the last one year, I am not getting a single channel. More than 30 calls were made to their customer care centre. I have lost 2000 rupees for recharge. I have raised more than 10 tickets for the dish alignment and hasn't been attented by any service engineer.

    Don't we have any law to punish these people.

    They have got Lakhs of Crores from 2G scam. They are least bothered about the DTH customers.
