Hi,
I am using the Sundirect DTH for the last 3 years. Currently I received a message from the operator that position of the dish has to change due to the change of satellite. I made a request to the customer care on 19.10.2010 (complain number :- 0025737441). Even after follow up regularly in each 4th or 5th day, nobody came from their end to correct this problem. Due to the change in their satellite, I am not getting any programme. Can you help me to resolve this problem
