    Default Poor customer service from Airtel DTH

    Hello,
    I called up airtel customer service on 09-Jan-2010 and purchased airtel dth HD along with south economy package for Rs.4765.I made my payment through IVRS.I told the customer service representative that i wanted to get the DTH installed on the same day itself, since I am staying alone and usually start early to office and come back by 7 o clock in the evening during weekdays.The customer service representative called the manager regarding this issue and assured me that an engineer would call back within half an hour after purchase. Only after this assurance I made my payment.But so far I have not received any call from installation team.

    I expect a call from the installation team at the earliest so that I can get the exact date of installation and plan my schedule accordingly.Please look into this issue and help me in getting the DTH installed asap.

    My customer ID is 3006743647 and transaction ID is 12807396.
