Airtel dth Am facing problem from day one I purchased AIRTEL DTH ID 3000202666, After Switching off There is no Video/Audio. Everytime ( every month) I use to call Airtel Customercare I have to wait >24 hours & have to pay Rs.100 to Technician. Yesterday I called Customer care & today as per Technician setup Box is faulty & you have to buy new one at Rs.1250/-. I had already paid Rs.1000/- for subscritions out of that Rs 700/- is balance as on date.
I had decided to stop services of Airtel due to frequent problem & worst customer services by Airtel. I had asked for refund of my balance amount Rs.700/- Airtel is denied.
Request Please help.
