    Default Airtel doing fraud REVERSED TRANSACTION (RECHARGE)

    Hello . My name is Abhishek and my customer ID is 3000619632 . On 1st or 2nd of August 2010 i recharged my airtel digital tv account for Rs 1000 via an airtel dealer whose shop name is Vinod Electronics. then i subscribed to airtel 6 month advance rental plan which costs me Rs 864.. Now After 6 months i received a call from airtel saying that my account has been recharged by mistake by the dealer and he reversed the transaction so my account balance was transfered to the dealers mchek account. Now my account balance is negative RS -998.. I called the person who recharged my account and he saying that he didnt did that and he dont even know what mchek is. Than i called airtel and they also saying that i should contact the dealer . But the dealer is still refusing . Now please help me what should i do ? They even stopped my service.
    Here is the dealer name and contact no. Who recharged my account .

    I even called Airtel customer care regarding this and they they even registered complaint of 'BALANCE DEDUCTION' and 'WRONG RESOLUTION' But still no solution..
    Service request reference no. is 4969480 and 4979040 . Please help me .
