Hi,
I bought a new sun direct HD connection around two months back ( sept, 2011). Initially I got all channels including HD channels without any issues as they promised. What I observed that the HD connection is very poor when compared to Airtel HD connection. After two months, I have seen that HD channels are working in the morning time and none of the HD channels are not available on the evening. I made a complaint to the Sun direct customer care and I got the complaint number. And they promised an action will taken with in 48 hrs. I didn't get response so far.
Beyond this STB remote batteries are gone off with in 2 months. This is the first time I experienced with a remote consumed two R03 size batteries with in two months.
