    Default Complaint againt Unattended service by Sun Direct HD

    Hi,
    I am Balaji.C.K, residing in 7, Andavar Nagar 5th St, Kodambakkam, Chennai-24. I have Sun Direct HD connection in my home for past 3 months and my smart card number is 41347173357. i noticed from 24th Dec 2010 none of the HD channels were working. I have registered a complaint with Sun Direct HD customer care on 24th Dec 2010. But till date (06 Jan 2011) they have not rectified the issue. I have called the customer care around 10 to 15 times but they are not giving me an end date for this issue. Even i have asked them to send a technician to my home, to check the issue, but they have not sent any one, and they said the problem is with their side and it will be rectified from their side only.

    On 4th Jan 2011 when i called them, they gave a phone number of a distributor, who will come to my house and fix the issue. I called the Durai Agencies (24749966) on the same day and complained about my problem and they said they will send an technician. but even after 2 days, they have not sent a technician. Please let me know the process/procedure to file complaint againt them legally.

    Default Sun Direct HD connection is getting disconnected frequently with E45 error

    Hi,
    I bought a new sun direct HD connection around two months back ( sept, 2011). Initially I got all channels including HD channels without any issues as they promised. What I observed that the HD connection is very poor when compared to Airtel HD connection. After two months, I have seen that HD channels are working in the morning time and none of the HD channels are not available on the evening. I made a complaint to the Sun direct customer care and I got the complaint number. And they promised an action will taken with in 48 hrs. I didn't get response so far.

    Beyond this STB remote batteries are gone off with in 2 months. This is the first time I experienced with a remote consumed two R03 size batteries with in two months.

    sir, last two weeks before me recharged, at that day and the next day only me can view chanells. From the next day itself me informing your customer care center daily till today,but unfortinatily i didnot get any responds from your service executive, so pleas make a sudden action.

    I am Dr.Elangovan from perambalur(621212).I am having susdirect HD connection for past 6 months.smart card no 41347200218. For past 1 week the channels were not come.so many times(nearly 100 times) i contact my dealer in perambalur.they did not attent the call.one time that fellow in office speak very indesent manner and told that they will come thier own wish.their speach is very much wounding and mental torture to me.Very disappointed about the sun direct.i have to change to any other channel.
