    Customer ID: 3007172065I bought Airtel DTH set top box 4 months back. According to airtel support it's warranty is for 6 months. My remote stopped working 15 days back. Upon complaint they said we can provide remote only if you pay us for that remote. Or the second option is to wait for the remote for free delivery. Now at last I agreed to pay for the remote. Now they commit daily that remote will be sent but nobody comes to deliver. When I try to call them they say "complain wherever you want. We do not have any remote." Like this only warranty will expire and I will be left with nothing. For any issues, they had always charged despite it was under warranty.

    What a crap they are........

    Default Airtel DTH Always shows Low Balance & No Response

    I renewed pakcage for one month , but after 15 days says low balance and asking to recharge . And also I tried to remove unwanted changes list , but can't , every time its says technical difficulties . my Customer ID: 3005016063 . If no way to rectify this issue then I have to go for other DTH services.

    Dear sir,

    i hav a complaint againt airtel digital tv, im using airtel digital tv just 5 months, im already subscribed 1year plan rs 3300/-, today icant able to view channels, displaying message : Error code.6. I complaint to customer care 2times but they told insufficint balance, bcoz yesterday i got a message from my mobile 2 or 3 airtel movies activated, but i dnt activated any movies in my mobile,,, i dnt send any other mesage frm my mobile to active for the airtel movies.. . Plz help me. Im tottaly cheated frm airtel....

    My Customer ID is 3006996918. I have subscribed to 1 year package around Rs 3800
    I raised a complaint 17224464 yesterday. Today, a engineer wearing a Airtel symbol came and told that the antenna was tilted a bit and he corrected and asked to pay Rs 100 rudely. I told that I wasn't informed by either Customer care person or you, before about this Service Charge and I can't give. He called his boss and asked me to speak with him. His boss also told to pay Rs 100. I told I can't. The person behaved very rudely, he went upstairs and misaligned the antenna and went away. I didn't expect this kind of service from airtel. I feel very ashamed by my decision to choose the airtel DTH.
