i have purchased an LG LED TV on 29/10/10 wherein there was a scheme that tata sky installation including Set top box was free. The card no is 6158312 which i got from TV dealerInorder to avail the offer, I was asked to send an SMS to 56633 with my mobile number and pin code. I have sent the SMS on 02nd Nov 2010 1900 Hrs. Further, as described in the card I got a return message from Tata Sky stating that someone from Tata Sky will contact me in 4 working Hours. Till date, no body has contacted me. When I tried to contact the tata sky helpdesk, I was told that they would get back to be with the instalattion details. When I finally connected to Tata Sky today (31-Dec-2010) at 14:00 Hrs, I have been told that the offer has expired on 10th Dec'10. However, the offer card provided to me does not specify any expiry date of the scheme.

I spoke to Mr. Santosh Lavle (Associate in Pune) from Tata Sky and he was extremely non helpful and rude. Tata Sky has nose dived in all aspects of customer service. Their staff was extremely rude and impolite as if they were doing a favor by answering my request.

My request is to provide me the free installation that has been promised in my offer card (as it states no end date) and an apology for being treated rudely.
