I am a customer of Tata Sky from last 4 years now. I have 2 connections at my home (delhi & indirapuram) and i have also recommeneded the services to my relatives and friends as well. I had paid for the new HD settop box that tata sky launched in the month of August 2010 and i launched a complaint on 28th september that the box is not working. Since then, i have not been provided with any replacement box. They gave me the excuses like due to CWG, we are unable to transport the box, it is out of stock, the consignment met with an accident, we will be shipping it from banaglore etc etc. I asked them to refund my money for the box as I havent used the services for even a month. And since then I have not been provided with any resolution. Now I have moved to bangalore and I asked Tata Sky to give me the box then they are saying that it is not available again. They have refunded the money for the package of channels that I was using for two months but I have already paid for the set top box. Now if they are unable to provide me with the box, which they are giving free with the new LCD TV's as gifts. They should refund my money. I have been making them STD calls, nobody bothers to call back and either say that we will not be providing you with any HD settop box. They are not even giving the new one nor are they refunding my money. They say its not in their policy. Also, I have already lost the warranty for 3 months on that set top box which i purchased. Please help. I am really now very frustrated as they do not even provide me with any contact number where I can escalate this issue. The only number is their call center number where I have to talk to those idiot agents who cant do anything.
