    Hello sir,

    this is vivek from faridabad i have taken DTH connection before one an half month but till now i have some problem regarding this and till now this has not been solved by them and now they are making excuses and not ready to solve it.
    problems are following:-
    1) my remote is not working properly
    2) After giving warrany of one year now they change to six month
    3)upcoming programme service not updated
    4)when i start top box then sometime its not showing the picture
    5) other
