Being a Sun Direct DTH subscriber from the last two years, I, Asif A A has got completely fed up with the services provided by them. Since July 2009, I am not able to recieve any of my subscribed channels. But the subscription amount is being deducted regularly from my account. I hav informed the matter around 20 times before the customer care representative through phone, mailed several times.... still no response. Even I remember my sun direct smart card number better than my mobile number and ATM pin. Every time they are saying that they appologize for the inconvenience caused and ensure that they will send their technician over here to get the problem resolved. Still nobody has come, and the phone calls go invain. Hoping for the necessary action from your side,
