I did on line purchase for Dish TV through their website on 6th Dec. 2010 and token number allotted was
28155. In spite of repetitive follow up from my side kit is not delivered to me though it is mentioned on
their site about delivery to be done within 24 hours. I have lodged complain also with them and complain
number is 1905216 but there is no action on it and even not respected by not forwarding it to the concerned

customer care(almost 10 times I contacted) I get no response except few readymade lines which further frustate me.

This is not only my voice but this is voice against such service provider who is destroying the trust and in turn
obstruction to country development.

I am totally unsure about my money which I paid and the Kit which I am supposed to receive and get
installed. Please take appropriate action.

I have lost my peace of mind with mentioned customer care ids. Thre is no respose from them and even exhibit unawareness of the case. So only I have lodged my complain to customer care. Today it has crossed 23 days and no service rendered to me. I want my case to be heard in consumer court.
