Hello,

Recently Tata Sky introduced a policy that any add on package you buy ( say neo sports ) you cant cancel it before 3 months. This means that they are forcing people to keep it for 3 months and hence taking money from cosumers.

Who is regulating these kind of policies ? This was not something consumers knew when they bought tata sky box.

Is there something we can do about this ?
