    Default big tv connection

    I taken two big tv connection in one house from apco marketing sales executive on 30-4-10 for plan of one connection full pymt second connection 50% discount basis with three months free subscription after free period i am going to rechrge my two tv connection ( smart card no-200786511534 & second connection smart card no200786511433) at your customer care no 18002009001 and he give me quotation for bronze pack for six month for both tv 804 for first smart card +447 for second smart card =1251 and i recharge Rs 1251 through my c.card on 29-7-10 after recharge i contact your executive and he told me you are not having this facility on above smart card no, so i request them to pl provide this facility and he take my request and given 48 hours time to give above facility on 29-7-10 after 48 hours i am continuously contact with 32 calls from 29-7-10 to 5-8-10 for restore this facility but no use

    on 6-8-10 i am again contact to your c care no and one of your executive told me that you have to recharge both smart card separately Rs. 804/- in first connection & Rs.447/- second smart card account separately pl recharge your second connection for bronze pack and i agree to recharge for three months she give me quotation subscription charge for 3 months rs 250/- i am recharge as per her advice and confirmed it she told me right now i have not computer link but you dont worry i will do later and she give me ref no- 1903801018 (ramya-chennai)and she told me you enjoy your tv for 3 month without any problem

    but after 1 month again my second connection smart card no.200786511433 is disconnect due to recharge and again i contact your c.care no and your executive told me that you still not provide above facility and your first connection in bronze pack & second connection in gold pack


    so please clear my above problems as soon as possible and restore my connection smart card no 200786511433 without any delay
