    Default Not fulfil the comitment by DISH TV

    We have taken DTH service of DISH TV at the time of purchge delar has given us schme for two month subcribtion free with Rs. 1300.00 after instalation of Dish Tv we got SMS by dish tv dated on 2-Nov-10 your subcription free for one month only we have imideate contact with DISH TV customer care & ask about free subcription customer care executive give us assurance they will give us reply within 24 hour while we have taken several followup & send the email to customer care while we have not give the responce by DISH TV on 3rd-Dec-10 one executive call me named Mr. Sagar he has taken confrence with delar on the line deler told us that he has given us two month subcription free afterthat sagar give us commitement that your quiery will be solve within 24 hours after 48 hour our subcription has been dactived by DISH TV than we call to CCE on the line Mr. Vaibhav told us that no such person is working in the name of Mr. Sagar.

    This is mentaly harsment by DISH TV we have all the proof which show that Delar give us two month subcribtion free.

    DISH TV the worst nightmare as on 2nd July, 2011

    I have a dish TV connection with me since last couple of years. There was no complaint in services since then. But this year is full of complaints. We have called their engineer for aligning the disk in the month of February 2011. To our shock the engineer first told us the problem is not from dish but of the set top box, then of the wire , then of the LNB then of the dish. We requested him to leave, and again requested DISH TV to send in some qualified engineer. Again the person came, fiddled around with DISH and no help. Finally a gentleman came from dish TV who aligned the dish in 5 minutes. All was working fine till about a month when we had to call the engineer again.

    Last 4 months we have called the engineers every month, and every month it gets out of alignment.

    I again recharged the last Saturday 02/07/200 with RS.700/- and discovered the dish is not working. I have been calling them again and again, speaking with different person at all times
    -> Every time i meet a new person and have to narrate the story all over again
    -> They put me on hold with nothing happening
    -> They offer to call back, bu i never got any call back
    -> When i do get lucky to reach so called senior - he request for 24 hours for my resolution (Nothing happening - their 24 hours has expanded to 8 days so far and i dont know how long it would go)
    -> They wont return my money (Have said it clearly)
    -> They are incapable to offer service
    -> You waste minimum 1 hour daily calling them up and waiting anxiously for the reply.
    -> Their so called engineers are not qualified and would exploit you of your ignorance/ lack of knowledge, by offering you to replace dish, or wire, or connectors or LNB or whatever.
    -> They have no identification with them and can pose a serious threat to your family/ house, because the enter your premises.
    -> They have no proper equipment to align the dish - maybe a set top box from Door Darshan (DD) to align your disk.
    -> The way the handle your delicate equipment like LCD, cables, other attached equipments etc. would surely make other equipment losses including scratches, malfunctioning etc.
    -> They wont explain the problem or what they did with your complaint - they wont explain the resolution. At the best they can offer you AMC of the dish.




    TO CONCLUDE
    DISHTV is pure waste of money with no services.
    A kiryana store in the neighborhood can give you better services.


    I can only say that that i want my money returned for no services offered.
