I approached the dealer who sold the dish and he informed me that they have no clue regarding that. After long argument he gave a number 9710897109. I'm trying this number for the past 10 days and always the person is disconnecting his line, like thier customer service number is always busy. If the service is not done propeyl then why should they sell the dish and put the customers in miserable situation. The next best thing, I really dont know what their customer service people do in their office ot is there only one numer they have per state. Whenever its called its busy. I really dont know what to do with this kind of service provider. Is there anyone to solve these kind of problems or we are all slaves for these players to make big bucks. Anyone listening.
