I never came across this kind of service in my life,

1) On 07-May-09 Reliance Big TV Customer Care (Anish Mishra) has activated two movie 1 Aa Dekhe Zara 2) Jumbo without the permission of customer, I have lodged the complaint and speak to supervisor about the issue he assured me that ur qurrey will be solved with in a day, 2nd day they told me it will take 48 hrs and they will give a call about the issue, on 5th day when i call they told that their no complaint logded about this issue, Last reply they give me is that your money will not be refund, It is mistake of Reliance and we have to pay for it.


I urge everybody not buy Reliance Big TV, Making Fool of 32 Cinema channel showing one movie for 15 Days,
