Airtel Digital TV is worst Service

    Default Airtel Digital TV is worst Service

    I will also advice every one not to go for Airtel Digital TV as they are worst in after sale service.
    I taken HD connection on 1st Nov 2010, after three days got activation, and now I feel my cable watching was better then Airtel Digital HD Connection.
    In past 20 days almost I made more then 50 calls to Hind Distributor(Agent in my area) / Customer Care, spoken to Customer Care Supervisor on duty on 19 Nov 2010 at 14.30 Hrs and 20 Nov 2010 at 20.00 hrs, but my problem not resolved.
    I feel they gives defective products and takes our hard earned money.
    Now I want to get my money refunded as this is service in beginning and once warranty of the product is over then we will have problem.
    My customer ID is 3005886820.

    I will advice all Digital TV dis satisfied customers to come together and arrange a Funeral In Public to create awareness against this type of Products/Service Providers

    I will also advice every one not to go for Airtel Digital TV as they are worst in after sale service.
    I taken HD recorder connection in 2010. After paying so much of money the service is very poor. My consumer ID is 3000315142.

    I have been requested for "Movies now" Channel on 3rd April and called the customer service for the same. The gentlemen has told me to do the installation from his side and same has been failed and after that I am not able to see any channel. I have called Airtel at least 20 times in a day but there is absolutely no response.

    Finally they have given me the time ( 1.43 PM on 4th April) to solve the problem but as usual no one has approached me till date. The condition is the same ..." No Video available in the past 3 days".

    They have given me the number of local vendor " Hind Distributor" who is not at all reachable. The phone number is 9590146764. I don't know what I have do now. I am waiting for the response to solve my problem else I would prefer to approach consumer court and ask for my money back ( 5500/- for digital TV recorder+ compensation money for troubling me a lot in the past 3 days).

    I will advice all Digital TV dis satisfied customers to come together and arrange a Funeral In Public to create awareness against this type of Products/Service Providers
