Sun Direct Dth is providing with the worst services and coustomer care......

Hi!
I am not at all satisfied by the service that Sun Direct Dth is providing, I have subscribed Rs.163 monthly pack (Hindi Basic with Mega Shine Subscription 6 Months Renewal) for six months and after paying this amount i am able to view only 3 to 4 channels. And I am having problem from past 3 months. I also tried to contact your customer care but they just hung my calls several time and once it was picked also the executive that spoke to me was very rude and he said he cant do anything and its on my wish whether to continue or discontinue the services. I hope that you will understand the situation and take appropriate steps to solve this problem.
