    Post VIDEOCON D2H delay in activation,,,,poor service...

    DEAR SIR,
    MYSELF NIRAJ CHAUDHARY HAS BOUGHT A VIDEOCON D2H CONNECTION ON 4th NOVEMBER ..COMPANY SAID ME THAT YOUR D2H WILL START IN HALF HOUR...THAT TIME CLOCK SHOWED 9:30 AM IN MORNING...AFTER THAT THE PERSON LEAVED BY SAYING THAT IT WILL START IN HALF HOUR..BUT TILL EVENING I AWAITED...THEN AFTER THAT I CALLED THE PERSON WHO HAS INSTALLED THE EQUIPPMENTS..HE SAID ME TO CONTACT THE LOCAL OFFICE OF D2H SO THAT THEY MAY ACTIVATE IT. WHEN I CONTACTED THE LATTER THEY REPLIED THAT THEERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR D2H ON OUR SYSTEM..PLEASE CONTACT CUSTUMER CARE TO TAKE YOUR WORK ORDER NUMBER SO THAT WE CAN ACTIVATE IT FROM HERE.BUT TILL TODAY MANY TIMES I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY ONLY REPLIED ME THAT OUR SYSTEM IS UNDER UPGRADATION AND WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GENERATE THE WORK ORDER NUMBER .YOUR COMPLAINT IS FORWARDED TO OUR SENIORS THEY WILL CONTACT YOU IN 24hrs. BUT TILL TODAY i.e. 11th NOV. NO BODY SOLVED MY PROBLEM..I AM NOT ABLE TO SEE ANY OF THE SERVICES I HAD TAKEN AND PAID FOR IT..

    MYSELF SHAKTI KUMAR HAS BOUGHT A VIDEOCON D2H CONNECTION ..COMPANY SAID ME THAT YOUR D2H WILL START SOON.....AFTER THAT THE PERSON LEAVED BY SAYING THAT IT WILL START ..BUT TILL EVENING I AWAITED.IT STARTED BUT AFTER FEW WEEKS IT STOPPED WORKING AND PREVIOUSLY THE PICTURE QUALITY WAS ALSO NOT GOOD.THE D2H VENDOR TOLD ME THAT MY WORK IS TO SELL THE PRODUCT AND AFTER THAT I AM NOT INCHARGE OF THAT....HE TOLD ME TO PLEASE CONTACT CUSTUMER CARE TO TAKE YOUR WORK ORDER NUMBER SO THAT WE CAN ACTIVATE IT FROM HERE.BUT TILL TODAY IT IS NOT WORKING.
