    Default Complaint about sun direct

    Respected Sir,
    I have been using sundirect for last 9 months.Before two months there was a sattelite problem and some channels was lost.They told to retune the channels and it is done free of cost.I have contacted the sun dth customer service in bengaluru atleast 10 times and have registered two complaints and till now there is no response.

    Default Propblem with SUN Direct services

    Dear Sir,

    Despite of calling several times to change the SUN Direct equipment based on the Add from SUN Direct, No Technician has come to replace and re-align the SUN Direct equipment. When ever we make ca call to SUN Direct numbers 080-39407575 & 080-39409595, these guys reply back by saying "Our Technician will come with in 48 hrs". As of now, NO ONE HAS COME TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I've raised my first complaint on 28th OCT, 2010. Now its mid of December and no response from the SUN Direct. My Sun direct number is 41156172441. Because of this all the channels are got blocked. If we didn't pay the money, just for a minute also, SUN Direct won't provide any channels or service.

    Neither SUN Direct is solving the problem, nor SUN Direct is providing the channels to watch. All the channels are blocked. SUN Direct is providing few channels, which we don't want to watch.

    Respected Sir,
    My sundirect connection Number is 4120 2582 809R. I was raised the complained on 09.10.2011. I have made so many phone calls and e-mail complained also. Still in my house there was no sundirect connection. Every time the customer-care people told me within 48 hours our technician will come and solve the problem.But no body counot solve the problem.
    I have two kits, they and my wife are mentaly apset and fired me.Because this I am mentaly disturbed everyday.
    I need a solution for this.
    Sun Direct not care for the customer complained. I feel they make money only not customer satisfaction.
    Mr.Kalanithimaran and his team gives a good service. Keep itup.
    So, please take severe action. They will learn a lesson.

    Default Availability of mazhavil manorama

    Dear sir,We are SUNDIRECT DTH Customers past years. Manorama's entertainment channel add many of DTH service especially Asianet Digital and cable connectors. We ask Sundirect to add this channel for the past months no replay about this. The monthly charge is same as cable connections.So please tray to update this channel very fast .
