    Angry Poor response from TATASKY customer Care

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have booked TATASKY online and made payment through Net banking.Although amount has been deducted,there is no update from customer service.WE have been chasing TATASKY customer service but are not able to get proper response on same..Also.they are giving false commitments just to close the call.

    Kindly let us know,what action can be taken to set things right

    It looks to be horrorfying experience after a purchased an LG lcd and to this was tagged a HD Tata Sky connection as an offer and its now close to 10 days since the purchase and yet the Tata Sky connection is NOT DONE .

    When u contact the customer care number here at Chennai the dialogue is " we are having it done on priority " this is their daily routine message and when you want to take this up with the management of the company they refuse to give the mail id and the contact numbers saying ALL STORIES . We can give 3 such names who we have been co ordinating with the hope that atleast they give correct names when they are on line .

    We as customers feel cheated and there is Nobody there to take up the responsiblity - Today they say that there is shortage of stock and so will take 4 days MORE .

    I hope this mail reaches to the right person and AT least that person has a conscious and ensures immediate action .

    Default Poor service

    On 29th April I a had made a request that i want to discouninue few add on channes. the executive has taken my request that, after given the commitment that after 2 hours i will get a call, from customer care without confirming my details. Today when i checked I found that none of the request has taken and those channels were still running. same time i made a call on customer care the executive told me that it had not done today i will take the fresh request. When i asked him to talk somebody who is serior in system, he told me that this time it is not possible because all the seniors are busy.

    I told him my dear friend i want to talk someone who is senior than you, again he was trying to make me fool by saying right now i will take the request and all the seniors are busy. than i told him i can wait for an hour but today i will speak who is senior then you in system after waiting a long my call was transferred to ms Laxmi. When i ask her she told me that the add on package i had taken it has not completed one month becasuse of that it was not possible. Than I asked her when i made my request very first day why it has not confirmed to me. than she told me that we informed to you on your registered no. I told her that this no used by my wife and i had change my registered no and several times i made the recharge from the same. and secondly she told me one more alternate no has mentioned i told her that it was a corporate no and i had left the company on January last year, how come this no is still in your record.

    So my concerns is this the people are very smart in customer care, tata is the reliable name for me because of that i am using the tata sky from more than four years. there are several options in the market. If i aske for the add the connection it take a seconds to add the channes than why it takes 2 hour for deactivation. For me it has not done after fours days and why the people are trying to make fool to the customer.

    Default Tata Sky relocation issue

    Hi
    I have placed a work order for relocation of TATA SKY dish at same place on MOnday 30th April But till today i.e. 3 rd may none of engineer came to resolve it.From Customer care I got status of engineer visited on yesterday i.e. 2nd MAy.Kindly look into issue. My work order no is 1-14137333113
