    Sundirect has moved to a new Satillite, I have called customer care 25 times and placed 5 requects in a span on 45 days for Dish realignment. But no one from SUN direct got back to me. I even sent emails to Nodal officer.

    I am frustrated. Now I decided to take RELIANCE

    I can reqister complaint with Consumer Court, but it takes your time and energy. First they will ask you to send a registered post to the SUN Direct Nodal officer. I spend my day very busy. Second, they want you wait for one week for the response and then followups. Instead, I have choosen to pay 900 and get Tata SKY and peace of mind.

    I advice you all to think twice before taking SUN Direct Connection.

    I have sun DTH connection having Smartcard Number: 41405966775.
    I have registered a request (no.1-5081976360) on 8th April through customer care for installation of sun direct connection at new location. He assured me that the technician will come install it in 48 HOURS.
    As nobody had turned up yet to attend this issue, I called up customer care then, they replied saying that I am not lifting the phone; hence they closed the request. But that day I have not got any single call from outside anywhere. I don’t understand without communicating with me how they can close the request.
    Then they raised new request (no. 1-5118165821) and they said it will be resolved within 5 days. I have not got any single call from sun direct person till 3 days. Hence I called again to customer care and requested them to provide dealer contact number, but they refused to give me.
    After 5 days, I have not got any single call. When I called customer care again, they said they are going to escalate the case and will be resolved in 24 hrs. And they provided three dealer numbers. When I call them they saying that they have no more service with Sun direct (why your executive is giving wrong information’s???).
    The next day again I called; they said that the request got closed. But I have not got any single response from Sun direct
    I don’t understand how they close the request without resolving it.
    I am at my new home for last 20 days. It’s very much irritating.
    This kind of service gives VERY POOR LIGHT on Sun DirecTV’s image !!!
    Pls look into it immediately and resolve it as soon as possible.

    Default Sun Direct activated addon channel without my req.

    I never requested to add IPL 2012 Addon Package Renewal, But it has been added and my amount Rs.35.60 has been deducted by sun direct. this is totally cheating... I had already added set max for one month. Then why should i add this add-on

    Immediately reverse my amount to my account...

    Default The worst ever customer care i.e, SUN DIRECT.

    This is with reference to my frequent complaint to SUN DTH customer care through Phone and through website. No action is initiated from SUIN direct which is not at all acceptable.

    Ref My smart card No; 41051967411. It is not functioning properly since the last 25 days. I have compalined to toll free no. for about four times and lodged compalint through wesite three times.

    Every time I have been promised to send their technicias to repair my set up box, but it neither happened nor any communication from them.

    I never through such type of substandard service from indias leading dth service provider.

    I am forced to approach the consumer rights cell for such an ignorance to customer's grievances.

    Default Sundirect- irresposible customer care

    For the last 8 days I have no picture in sundirect. I have recharged my account in time.But the
    """COMPUTER"""" says that there is no money in my account. I have complained to the customer care
    ant they found that I had recharged my account( OH GOD).But STILL I am not getting picture for the last
    8 days . Whenever I call these irresponsible ................... they says " OUR TECHNICIAN WILL CALL BACK YOU WITHIN
    24 HOURS" . I now understand that it is not 24 hours but it is 24 years.........................

    At last , I take a decision
    I threw away my SUN receiver AND DISH in a pond
    and take a cable connection.

    NOW, I am happy...
    SUNDIRECT................GO TO HELL

    Unhappy Recharge is not done .

    Once i done the recharge , the conformation message will come to my t.v . But, the channels wont work ...
    Three times it happened !

    Default Dont take Sun direct connection.

    Hi All,

    If you have any complaint with sun direct, don't expect customer care support from sun direct and service also very poor.

    They will provide starting pack with cheap price and no more support.

    If you are calling their toll free always busy and you want to call landline number it will cost you more than one month subscripton charge.

    please avoid sun direct

    They don't have any professional manner.

    I had a bad experience 3 times, so that i cancelled my connection.
