I have sun DTH connection having Smartcard Number: 41405966775.
I have registered a request (no.1-5081976360) on 8th April through customer care for installation of sun direct connection at new location. He assured me that the technician will come install it in 48 HOURS.
As nobody had turned up yet to attend this issue, I called up customer care then, they replied saying that I am not lifting the phone; hence they closed the request. But that day I have not got any single call from outside anywhere. I don’t understand without communicating with me how they can close the request.
Then they raised new request (no. 1-5118165821) and they said it will be resolved within 5 days. I have not got any single call from sun direct person till 3 days. Hence I called again to customer care and requested them to provide dealer contact number, but they refused to give me.
After 5 days, I have not got any single call. When I called customer care again, they said they are going to escalate the case and will be resolved in 24 hrs. And they provided three dealer numbers. When I call them they saying that they have no more service with Sun direct (why your executive is giving wrong information’s???).
The next day again I called; they said that the request got closed. But I have not got any single response from Sun direct
I don’t understand how they close the request without resolving it.
I am at my new home for last 20 days. It’s very much irritating.
This kind of service gives VERY POOR LIGHT on Sun DirecTV’s image !!!
Pls look into it immediately and resolve it as soon as possible.
