I made payment through on line on saturday 30th of oct,but till date i didn't receive any confirmation from them,they are not delivering the product ,they are only making false commitments.
Now they are also not ready to return the money back..

I am Nishikanta panigrahi.I ordered one dish TV on 4 nov 2010, and my Order Number: HO-04/11/10CAL-23939.Dish TV customer care said your dish TV active on 24 hr. Today is 12-nov-2010, but my connection not activated yet. I am several times calls customer care. They are not responding me properly & they are only making false commitments .I paid 690 Rs on online pay Standard Chartered Bank.

DISH TV the worst nightmare as on 2nd July, 2011
I have a dish TV connection with me since last couple of years. There was no complaint in services since then. But this year is full of complaints. We have called their engineer for aligning the disk in the month of February 2011. To our shock the engineer first told us the problem is not from dish but of the set top box, then of the wire , then of the LNB then of the dish. We requested him to leave, and again requested DISH TV to send in some qualified engineer. Again the person came, fiddled around with DISH and no help. Finally a gentleman came from dish TV who aligned the dish in 5 minutes. All was working fine till about a month when we had to call the engineer again.
Last 4 months we have called the engineers every month, and every month it gets out of alignment.
I again recharged the last Saturday 02/07/200 with RS.700/- and discovered the dish is not working. I have been calling them again and again, speaking with different person at all times
-> Every time i meet a new person and have to narrate the story all over again
-> They put me on hold with nothing happening
-> They offer to call back, bu i never got any call back
-> When i do get lucky to reach so called senior - he request for 24 hours for my resolution (Nothing happening - their 24 hours has expanded to 8 days so far and i dont know how long it would go)
-> They wont return my money (Have said it clearly)
-> They are incapable to offer service
-> You waste minimum 1 hour daily calling them up and waiting anxiously for the reply.
-> Their so called engineers are not qualified and would exploit you of your ignorance/ lack of knowledge, by offering you to replace dish, or wire, or connectors or LNB or whatever.
-> They have no identification with them and can pose a serious threat to your family/ house, because the enter your premises.
-> They have no proper equipment to align the dish - maybe a set top box from Door Darshan (DD) to align your disk.
-> The way the handle your delicate equipment like LCD, cables, other attached equipments etc. would surely make other equipment losses including scratches, malfunctioning etc.
-> They wont explain the problem or what they did with your complaint - they wont explain the resolution. At the best they can offer you AMC of the dish.
TO CONCLUDEDISHTV is pure waste of money with no services.I can only say that that i want my money returned for no services offered.
A kiryana store in the neighborhood can give you better services.

I have earlier tried to pay online but the website didnt worked and finally I had to pay Rs 4990 to the DISH TV dealer to upgrade my Pack to TITANIUM PACK.
But the dealer paid/ recharged my account by Rs 2990 on 18th Oct 2011 & 2000 on 19th Oct 2011.
Now still my account is not upgraded to TITANIUM PACK and my account is still showing only Rs 2990 .
DISH TV replied me that they have registered a complaint against the dealer but thats dosent help me...
Can u have a reply and upgrade my accoun to titanium pack.

Pleasen note that Dish TV is fooling customers advertising that it has 43 HD channels and recently telling that Zee channels are all HD. They are just upscaled channels and not full HD.
Please don't opt for such services and get fooled.

I have suffring one seriously complainn about your servises
kind ly read it step by stepp to understand it correctoly
- I have put one complain to your customer care on 23rd march 2012 that the mashge bos was not disappear from my tv screen even though I have taken all step as sugested by the customer care representative .
- After many complains and in the case of the non solving ability skill of your customer care repersentetive .
- Thaen the customer care care person told me that tis problam will be solve by our techines but the fees is Rs 165.00 including tax
- I have agreed for the payment ,the techine had came to my address and make few adjustoment in the dish anteena and recived the amount Rs 165.00 ,un fortunatly that time when he came we do not have power so he told me that the problam was solved and you can not get this masage box again on your TV screen .
- But as open in anticipation of the soloution of the problams solve ,surprisegly the problam still there and not had been solved .
- I again complain to your Customer care then this time he advise me to send the box along with the VC card to my servise center.
- I have send it to your service center as advised by your service representative.
- the box sent to your servise center without hendover me stendby setup box on 12/04/12 an recived back aftor 14 days on 26/04/12 without solving this problam.inspite of it the customer care representative and the service representative jointly replyed me that to solve this problam you have to pay Rs 350.00 for new setup box as replacement and then this problam will solved .He further replyed that you have to recharge for next month and you will get cary forward/compassion for the 14 days when the setup box on service center,so I had not utilise the servises for what I had allready pail so for
- I have recharge
I I have suffered due to the seveour ignorance /non capablity to solve this problam .
- I have lost trust on you services due to this and Why I have pay further pay Rs .350.00 when I all ready paid the amount for the soloution
- I need the extation of these 14 days .
