Ref: Airtel DTH voucher serial No 3110831750524235

I submitted my interest in Airtel DTH online in the last week of March 09. Afterwards the airtel official gave me details of their plan and I agreed to buy Rs 2600/- plan. Accordingly their delivery person on 31 march 09, delivered a pack of Rs 2600/- in my absence at my home and registered the plan with their helpline and intimated us that vide consumer ID No 3000559582 the dish and set top box will be installed by the next day.
When no body turned up on 1st april 09 I talked to their help line bearing No 18001028080 and was amazed to learn that the amount was credited to a dummy ID. The person at the help line gave a new ID No 3000566247 and assured of the installation within 72 hours.
Since then I am contacting at the help line every 72 hours but to no avail. Every person on the help line just collected details of serial No, PIN No of voucher and assures of resolving the matter but nothing has been done by the company till Now.
Now I look forward if you can do some thing for me and get me my money back.
