I buy new tata sky connection using online payment. after waiting for 1 day no communication so I called up customer care.
After calling them I come to know that when you purchase online then service are not same as you purchase from customer cell and it will take 10 to 15 days for installation.
for online purchase they mention 3-5 working days for installation but now they are saying it will take 10-15 days because I purchase online and if i want fast installation then I should purchase from customer cell.
and to purchaser from customer cell I have to cancel my online purchase which result into 3% deduction.
I'm not happy with there service and I wants to cancel my purchase but now they are charding 3% and also not saying that when I will get my money back.
I feel that this unfair trade practise they should not have difference in online purchase and if they have then they should mention clearly on there site and also cancellation rule must be mention.
