Hi,
I'm a bigtv customer since last one year. After completing my 1 yr of so-called free subscription, I've been struggling hard to change my package. I've tried calling their customer service ( worst and most pathetic in the market) about 40-50 times in last 5 days but whenever i'm lucky to talk to their executives, i get a response that their servers are down. In fact they have purposefully closed down their toll free line and i've nearly spent 500 rs worth of calls just to talk to their illiterate executives. Few times they just start taking the complaint and then hang up after nearly waiting for 12-13 mins. I'm being charged 25-30 bucks everyday unnecessarily since i'm stuck with their default package. This has been a harrowing experience and i recommend staying away from bigtv if someone planning to take a dth connection.
Anil Ambani, learn something from your elder brother.Stop cribbing about everything and improve your services. Get some decent call executives who know what they're supposed to do.I'm switching over to tata for sure. Enough of shit-load of your Bigtv.
