My Name is Muhammad Arshad Ashrafi My ID is 3001653302 My Mobile no.+9198279-72214 Last Friday 10.10.09 ko maine Airtel Digital Tv Rs.1790 ka package (3month economy pack free subscription) purchase kiya tha aur same date ko 7:30pm ko installation bhi ho gaya tha lekin activate next day saturday ko 3:30pm ko kiya gaya lekin, daily 7:30pm ke baad Kuch Channel ko chod ke Baki ke channel nahi chalte (Screen Blank no Message)[/COLOR], Local Airtel Digital Tv Customer Care se contact karne par kaha jaata jiss technician ne lagaya hain usse baat karen, kabhi kaha jaata hai hum aapki complaint forward kar rahen hain, kabhi kahan jaata hai 1-2 hour mein aapse contact kiya jayega, Customer Care No. 18001028080 se contact per kahan jata hai ki TV ke Samne baith kar jab samasya ho tab contact karen, jab ye TV ke Samne baith kar Contact No. Dial kiya jaata hai to Computerized Voice me kaha jata hai kripya line me rahen aapki call hamare executive ko connect ki jaa rahi hai lekin 2-3 baar dial tone sunane ke baad phone automatically dissconnect ho jaata hai, iss tarah ke jhut daily sunna pardhta hai kripya kar ke meri samasya ka samadhan karen.
