i booked Sundirect DTH service on 30/12/08 and the Sundirect DTH distributor installed and activated after 16 days 16/01/09 after making so many calls spending about Rs.200/- for phone calls. Smart card no. 41136834201.
In the same way i purchased one Rs.100/- recharge coupon for one add-on pack connection. I purchase on 15/04/09 from M/s Nagina Electricals Marthahalli main road, Bangalore. Next day i.e.16/04/09 I called customer care and given the details of recharge coupon (serial no and secret code), they told with one hour the new channel will come. I waited 2 hours and called then they told it will come by evening. But still the channel was not coming. Next day i.e 17/04/09 onwards , I tried so many times to customer care phone no.080-34907575 i couldnot get the phone. My collegue has given one sundirect executive mobile number. I tried that number, the person told " I will help you". He took 2 days and finally he told " we recharged on 16/04/09 only but the amount Rs.100/- is not displaying for your account number so we couldnot activate the channel, In 10000 cards one card will behave like this, we will rectify the propblem within one day". Next day on 19/04/09 he given one more executive number. There also i tried he took 2 days and given one more executive number. Again same situation she took 3 days still she saying " I will rectify the problem within one hour" like that she already took 3 days the problem still persists. I am fully fed up with the customer support of SUN direct DTH service.
Getting customer care No.39407575 is very difficult and it will be purely luck based.
please take some appropriate action against them.
