I am fed up just calling again and again to sun direct but not any single step is taken by sun direct to retify that.

No chalens are coming.
Please help me to rectify it.

I had purchased SUN DIRECT HD dish network from a_28,adichuchanagiri,main road K-Block,Kuvempunagar Mysore on 29-08-2010.I had recieved a 4 month subscription smart card along with the connection.They had activated it at the righ time.But after 1 month it had displayed that DISCONNECTED".All the channels are disconnected.We had contacted the dealer,but they had no response to our complaint.Then we had contacted the customer care helpline,but too from they I had no response for my complaint.I am just asjing weather this is customer service.I had feeling pitty of taking such an irresponsible network connection. I hope you eill take necessary action against this irresponsibility to customer and solve my problem as soon as you can.
I hope government will take steps aginst this irresponsibility.
