Dear sir,

we had taken the dish tv connection under combo plan in the month of july
2007. Against that plan we had received six months subscription free & both
the connection [main connection is parent & second connection is child] are
eligible for maxi plan & after expiry of six months we have to pay rs. 300/-
p.m.

We had made the payment of rs. 1800/- on 24.01.2008 for six months & that
was valid for six months. After that we paid rs. 1800/- on 21.07.2008 again
for six months, but that time our subscription is valid for 5 months instead
of 6 months, i called dish tv customer care & there executive confirmed me
becuase impliment of service tax per month charges is rs. 331/- instead of
rs. 300/-, i had no objection, but we are availing the digi maxi plan under
both the connection.

After that we had made the payment of rs. 1800/- on 02.12.2008 for maxi
package for 5 months, but this time our subscription is valid for 4 months &
it was expired on 10.04.2009, when i called the customer care they will
confirmed me that some of new channel has been added in your plan, so that
your subscription is valid for 4 months instead of 5 months. In that case i
called so many times in customer care, but nobody listen our complaints.

On 13.04.2009 we had made the payment of rs. 2000/- on account, but we are
surpirsed that this time there executive told us right now you have pay rs.
331/- for parent connection & rs. 174/- for child connection. That means we
have to pay rs. 505/- p.m. Instead of rs. 331/-.

We don't have information from the company. I called so many times
yesterday on customer care of dish tv, but no body listen to us properly.

Yesterday i called around 09.30pm on there customer care number, first two
times there executives cut my phone. Third time when i was called mr.
Kulbhushan received my call & they will ask my mobile no. & confirmed me
that there senior executive called me within 10 minutes. But nobody called
me.

After 15 minutes i was called again & that time mr. Shashi ranjan received
my call, i don't who is, but somebody confirmed me that he is the senior
person, he will confirmed that in the month of august or september they had
already cancelled the plan of rs. 331/- against maxi package. But i will
confirmed that we had already avail the facility upto 10th april 2009 for
digi maxi package under both the connection, how you can say that this plan
is cancelled by your company in the month of august or september 2008. But
he will insist me that the company is right & we are wrong.

I have one question from the company, after receiving the payment from the
customer how they can change the plan without any information.

I also confirmed you that my mobile no. & my e-mail id is also registered
with the company from last year, but till now no e-mail & no sms was
received from the company. This is the first mail which was received from
the company as a payment confirmation.

In that scenerio company is cheating simply to our customer. Becuase they
will change the plan without any information to the customer. Where is
customer right, because after receving the payment the company can do it
anything.

I request you to kindly if the company will not adjust my payment @ rs.
331/- on both the connection, so that they will returned the set top box
from us & returned all the payment to us with interest, becuase we are
mentally disturbed from that customer care executives & the company policy.

I hope you can take the proper action in our favour.
