I recharged my Dish TV in December 2010 even though my DishTV payment expiry was on Jan 2011, this was done through your authorised agent in Margao, Goa Inida. However, today ie the 20th of Jan I have received the message to recharge my Dish TV subsribtion. my VC No. is 015073239764. I have the recipt of the recharge dated 25/12/2010 with me.

i am a subscriber to your dish tv and my v.c.numbers are 01505696139 and 01504724807 which has been installed in #3280, sector 35D chandigarh. I have been using this connection for more then three years wherein i was using it on multi connection and now the dealer has changed it from multi to individual without my knowledge and intimation.
I request you to kindly change it from individual to multi at the earliest .
