Their might be a chance that your subscription is over and that's why you get this king of error or its due to alignment problem.
Hi,
i am new to DishTv, i am in Silver pack now and i need to activate Extreme English A-La-Carte, But my account showing 0 balance. How can i recharge only for A-La-Carte through online?. i tried to recharge through online but it asking for select the plan and recharge. My silver pack is already recharged for 1 year, I need to activate only A-La-Carte how can i recharge for only A-La-Carte ?

Firstly, you mush have any of the base pack activated in your account, Like you said you have activated Silver pack for one year, Then below is the procedure for activating ala-carte :
TO ORDER A-LA-CARTE PACK
From Registered Mobile No.
TYPE: DISHTV ADD < A-LA-CARTE CODE > and send it to 57575
From any other mobile No.
TYPE: DISHTV ADD < A-LA-CARTE CODE > < 11 DIGIT VC NO > and send it to 57575

Dear Sir,
I had renewed my connection for the VC No.01505791197 for 3+1 month, which was due on 27th April, 2010. I had checked the list of channel on your web site and choose the language 'Tamil'. As per the list of channel shown on your site during the time of payment includes all Malayalam channels along with Tamil Channels. I got confirmation from your end that my subscription had renewed. After two weeks of renewal you had cut down "SURYA TV" & "KIRAN TV" from my pack. Later you had cut down the following channels
1. DD National
2. DD (Metro)
3. Kalainjar
4. Mega
5. Kairali
6. Amrita
Later as per my complaint you had activate the above six channels. But still you are not activated Surya & Kiran to me. If you are unable to activate these channels to me, please refund the total amount which I paid to you.
I am already registerd a complaint with your customer care
