    i would like to know about my
    silver sever pack? i have recharge today sum rs. 400/- but before pack is activation on chenel that is, zee studio, sony pic,star movei,axn& star world etc. this all chenel are not activate? plz confirmed me as a posible.

    Dear Sir,

    Generally I used to do the recharge from ur recharge outlet, but this time i have recharged from HDFC Bank. In this process i have make payment of Rs. 500 by net banking to you, but i dont know how the my a/c is not recharged . After that i am also recived a mail from CCAvenue Customer Service , in this mail thet are saying we are unable to obtain, authorization for the following Order D97989612c11. I had tried two time my sec. order no. is D98962112c11. Now Pls suggest me how i will get my a/c recharge fast & also pls provide my password no. Actually I can't every time go to the outlet, thsi back recarge is the preferable for me. Could you please solve this current problem ASAP, and also let me know how I will get the active account by recharging throught HDFC Bank. My detail's are given below.

    Dear,

    this is to inform you that a recharge of rs.500/- was done on 16th april 2012 for a/c/ no 015 0544 5936-5 but by mistake the number sent in was 015 0544 3936-5

    time was 6.10 pm transaction id -tra000079440778.

    Kindly do the needful

    sir/ or madam,

    i had recharge my dish on 29th april. when u gave message recharge with in 24hrs still inspite of this my money has been deduct. i had call on customer care .what they did nt gave any postitive response . i am not satisfy . if your service would be same. i am sorry. i would not be able to contiune with your dishtv.

    For last 2 months i am getting only acknowledgement for my request by sms (callme) from 57575. However they donot callback to findout my grievances.

    Regret to note the irresponsible attidue towards customers

    kindly investigate and do the needfull or do not misguide customers by advertising in your dishtv dth appliances to sms 57575

    Angry dish tv is not working

    sir/maam,
    here iam one the dish tv costumer , vc no is 015016985846, my compliant no is 85780875, dated 22.04.12, till date my compliant not been resolved.

    i dont understand what kind of service ur providing .. its really not acceptable.. 3 time before i called upat costumer call center .. evry times they says with in 24 hours my compliant will be resolved,, that local dealer,,, never sent any man at my home... once only he contacted but till date even single person came from ur side, to resolved the complaint,,, t s really horrible....

    Default balance wrongly went to other account

    Dear dish tv customer care my name is vasudev talreja and my vc number is 01515327352 . On friday i made a recharge on my account of Rs 400 by balaji electronis in jalgaon by easy recharge companY NO 05123078164165. But it was wrongly transfered to this vc number01513273527 . So i please request you to transfer in into my account. I talked to the dealer about this matter but he says that this company is not doing any thing about it.
