    Default Dish tv support issue - vc 01512999235



    Hi
    I have taken a new DishTV connection on 5/08/2011 and I have asked for North Indian Platinum pack. But DishTV activated normal family pack which does not have all the channels we wanted to watch. I have logged a call with Dish TV call center and they are saying they will not any changes till my next recharge date on 05/01/2012. I have informed them that I am ready pay any extra or they can advance my re charge date based on the pack value.

    Can any one help me to clarify that whay they cannot do that?
    What I need to do to get it done.

    Dear Sir,

    My VC No. is 01508698756.My actual recharge date is 9th October. I paid Rs.1000/- on 30.08.2011. But the messages in my dish tv is not getting updated and still it displays that the validity is upto 9th October. Request confirm my latest payment. I dont know why the same is not being reflected in the dishtv message. I tried my level best to contact the Dishtv operator over telephone. But there was no responsible response from them. Request do the needful.

    Default Recharge done but no service available

    I recharged my DishTV account via net banking yesterday at 5.30 pm. My bank account shows the debit. But still the service is not yet available even after 30 hours!!! I have called the responsible person here, but there is not satisfactory reply. This person is not ready to help me out in this regard.

    i had called to cust care for error 301 the exe registered my comp.. After some hrs i received a call of Dealer from Aurangabad..
    & he told me to arrange a private mechanic coz they r not interested to send any person for free service..
    & told me to contact the retailer...

    So plz take any satisfactory action 4 my comp..
    Coz there is no channels in my TV from 15th October..
    Plz do the needfull..

    Dear Sir,

    My VC No. is 01511702568 and my mobile no. is 9868017833. My due date for recharge the same vc no. is 27th Oct. 2011.
    However, I have recharged my VC No. 01511702568 for Rs.500/- through my Debit Card (by internet) but still i am unable to receive the message regarding next due date. Please look into the matter.

    Dear sir / madam i mr sadashiv arvind nanaware having an dishtv prepaid coustomar with you since 02 year ,
    my v.c number is 01508665463 and registerd contact number 9767259190.
    matter to complaint is that on the 20th oct 2011 i was recharged a voucer of rs 200 /- via ITZ process ( from mobail 9890037224) & tranzaction id tra 000057751020 but the recharge was wrongly reach on another v/c number ( v/c number 01506466546) as i got the mistake i called up your coustomar care support and i got an advice from your representitive Mr. suraj that mail us on the same site and soonaly you will revert the same balance on your v/c number 01508665463 and reply on the registerd mobail 9767259190.
    kindly do the needful as soon as possible .

    Post change of Platinum Pack to Family Pack

    My vc no. Is 01507658432

    i am regular subscriber of platinum pack in the last month you have changed the channel and from platinum pack espn star sports, ten entertainment etc sports channels deleted and advertised for purchase of ala card by paying additional rs.40/- why so ? What is the reasons for deletion(.) on 02.10.2011 i have changed plan to family pack of rs.165/- and ala cart no.659 by pay rs.55/- and ala cart no.409 by paying rs.35/- and additional rs.40/- for downgrading pack i.e. Platinum to family (.) all this this transitions done thr. M/s. Amol enterprises,panvel for which compliant no.7148488 allotted by you and no action for change of pack is taken by you this is very shameful on your account as which company is making publicity that we are no.1 in satalite service (.) what is the service this shameful on dish tv account (.) your are requested to do it against complaint no. 7148488 other wise i will publish all matter in all leading news papers for till action and propose others to take any other service other than dishtv (.)

    Unhappy non receipt of dish TV set

    Dear Sir,
    I had brought Dish TV set from the internet on 23-10-2011.But I have,so far,not received the set even till today.
    People from Siliguri once contacted me but my place is 70 km away from there.They were asking for car fare i had agreed also but they have stopped responding to may calls, once i tried to call them but they did switched off their cell phone i don't know why. My transaction no. is HO-23/10/11 RIL-68463.
    I am fed up what is this? Do kindly help me out to come out of this deadlock.

    Unhappy monthly Package issue

    Dear Sir,

    My VC No. is 01501390582 and my mobile no. is 9426269369.
    However, I have recharged my VC No. 01501390582 for Rs.600/- through my Debit Card (by internet) but still i am unable to receive the message regarding next due date.
    and may be my packages also upgrade without my conformation , because i have seen more chanle other than erliear.

    Maine teen ghante pehle mera dish tv recharge kiya tha lekin abhi tak mera dishtv recharge nehi ho raha hai mera dishtv Id No.01504859008 aur mai jo recharge kiya tha uska transaction id hai TRA000058727177. Jitna ho sake mujhe sahayata kare taki mai aapki dishtv achhe tarah se dekh saku. thanks

    I have been using Dish TV for last 5 year now, We have shifted to another building . here they do not allow as to install any receivers in the building.
    And they are very serious about it, do yo have any receiver which can be connected via Internet, as you see many are available in the market. but we we like to go through Dish as we are happy with the service and the quality.

    Dear Sir,

    I have bought LG 6RG on 24th Oct. 2011 at Kalyan branch Vijay sales. Dish TV is free offered on combo offer. But till date it is not delievered to me. So, please take action on it and reply me on my mail ID. Also, Vijay sales Kalyan branch is not responsing to me against my complaints. Please contact me on gavalemahendra0@gmail.com.
