    Default Non Upgradation of Package as per Commitment by Dish Tv

    My Consumer No. with Dishtv is 01501368813. I have had a telephonic conversation with one of the executives of Dishtv Named MR. Havaldar. He has explained that after making One Year Subscription for Titanium Package which is Rs 3550 if i will call them they will upgrde my Package through telephonic request. I have made the Online payment of Rs 3550 through Receipt no 15/09/10CR1549411. after 15 Min. when I have called them they refused to Do so by saying that this facility is not available on telephone. but they told me that if their customer executive has really commited so then after hearing the recording of our conversation they will upgrade my Package. relating to this conversation they have also given me the Complaint No. 45107035 dt 15.09.2010. this time some MR Mohd. Noor was talking to me & he has assured me that they will resolve the issue within 24 Hrs. after 24 hrs when I have again telephoned one of their executive Saroj. has told me that there is no complaint from my Consumer No. when I have Provided her the complaint no. then she told me that complaint is there but it has not been forwarded further. then she forwarded my complaint & Given me a New Compaint No. 45172417 & told that complaint will be resolved within 2Hrs. Lastly today when I have called them they have refused to change the package. I have requested them to refund my balance amount after deducting one month subscription, they have also refused to do the same.

    I have the payment for the want of Scheme which was giving me Approx. Rs 700 Discount as explained by one of their Execuitve. now if the facility is not available to me due to some fault at their end then i should get my money back.
