I have taken a new Digital TV connection from Airtel that is South Indian
Pack for 2000/- Rs at Chennai. I have recently transferred from Chennai to
Banglore. I have requested to Airtel Customer Care people for the
re-installation at Banglaore. For the they have collected RS: 600/- from
me. But there is no response from the installation team about the
reinstallation. If I called Customer Care #, they are opening one
complaint abou the issue and saying that that will resolve in 24 Hrs. But
the complaint is closing successfully with out resolving the issue and no
intimation to the customer about the closing of the complaint. Daily I am
calling the Airtel Customer care and spending more then one hour time with
them but I have not yet get the re-installation at Bangalore.
This is happening from two week onwards. I have escalated to the Project
Leaders from the Airtel Customer Care people and they have given promises
to me and failed to achieve that promise about the reinstallation.
I am expecting that the Consumer Court can understand my problem and take
the necessary action on Airtel
