I had recharge my account of DTH(v.no-1504561710) twice because of unsuccessful recharge on first time , but both the time recharge amount Rs 500 has been deducted from each account .

I am fed up of using Dish tv services and have decided to approach consumer Forum for help

- I bought the connection from your online site, which said they would install in 24hrs, when I contacted the dealer who was supposed to Install he did say that as it is online order it will take couple of days, I had written to customer care and got it installed after a couple of days
- During installation, I had asked them to share the details of the parent and child connection, I was told that they are two unique connections now and once the free viewing period is completed I will be given the details
- I had written to customer care seeking help to tell me the process to ensure the process is completed before I recharge, I was called instead of responding to my mail and told that I have to recharge and it will automatically be converted to parent and child connections.
- I recharged and realised one connection is working and when I call your call centre I was put on hold many times and finally they tell me to write to customer care, when I have already written to you.

I will need to seek legal help now
