    Dear Sir,
    My Self Tal winder Singh My VC No. is 01505007122, SMSID - 2811824. I have Recharge my Account Today Date is 30/04/2010 from ICICI bank A/c by direct tranfer. I have recharged for Titanium scheme, of recharge value Rs. 3590 for one year. But my mistake 2 times the transaction of Rs. 3590 each has deduted from ICICI bank A/c. no. But my account has recharged for only one year and showing next recharge date is 29/04/2011.
    So please recharge my Account for next 2 year from today, as above reason.
    Please do Somthing....

    Default regarding irresponsible behaviour of customer care department

    dear sir,
    i am custmor of dish tv and i found some technical problems in it which stops the signal to reach in my tv. there are also some problem regarding picture and sound signal. Moreover the problem becomes vast when your custmor care department didnt replied in satisfactory manner. they are untrained and dont know anything about service.
    kindly look the matter and solve my problem.

    Angry TATA Sky DTH complaint

    i have booked TATA Sky DTH online 10 days back, still it has not arrived to my place.
    If i call tata sky customer care, they say that they will send someone today.........

    but finally no result.

    Default Customer complaint for not accessing Channels for last one months

    HI !

    I am Kishore Chandra Das. I have installed Dish TV at my CBD Belapur residence on 26th May 2010. My CV number is 01509976217.

    For first three to four months, I was able to view the subscribed channels. Thereafter problem started. For last one moth, I was not able to view the channels perfectly due to certain problems i.e. both audio as well as video part. When I talk to the Authorized Dealer, he advised me to get the TV checked. Subsequently, I got my TV(Sony make) checked at the Sony Authorized Centre at Vasi, New Mumbai. As such, they found no problem in my TV set. However, when I brought back my TV and connected to the SET UP Box of DISH TV, the same problem was persisting. It happened on 20th October 2010. Having no option left, I requested Sony authorized Centre person to visit my home and attend to the problems which I have been experiencing. On 21st October 2010, the person came and found that there was no problem in the TV set, when connected with the service provided by the cable operator or any other Set Top Box.

    On the very day I lodged a formal complaint with the DISH TV at around 9 pm and the person attended my call was Mr. VIkas Singh. After listening to me, he assured me that your request would be attended to within 24 hrs. Next day I got a call from a lady over her Cell (09833364506) in the morning hour, who assured me to do the needful by evening. But nobody came forward. Thus, next day, I contacted the lady, who again wanted to know the problem details, which I faithfully explained. She assured me to send the person on 23rd October 2010 positively. Since Saturday was an off day I also agreed. But nobody came forward. Thereafter, no option left, I again lodged complain through Customer care number. One Mr. Devendra attended to my call at around 6.00 pm, As usual; he wanted to know the problem, sometimes keeping me to hold for two minutes. I narrated the entire story. When I wanted know the timeframe my compliant will be redressed, he was unable to give a time. Only assurance, which I got from him, is that he would forward my complaint. When I wanted to contact other senior officers, he expressed his inability saying that all are busy. Next day i.e. 0n 24th October, as usual, I got a call from another lady from her cell no- 09833359750 wanted to know what problem I was facing. Again, I narrated her. She assured me to send her person by afternoon. However, no one turned up. Since no one came, I contacted her over her cell, but she did not pick up the phones and most of the times, she was disconnecting the phones. Having no option left, I again contacted through Customer care number and narrated the position and requested him to get the resolve the issue by evening. He also assured me to look into the issue. No one turned up on 24th also. However, I got 3 phone calls (from 9867947275, 9833364506 & finally from 9833359750) separately. All of them wanted to know the problems, as if mine is a new problem. I found that all of them they are handling separately having no knowledge, what other was doing. The last call received from 9833359750. Since this lady had earlier spoken to me, I reminded that she had already spoken to me yesterday and assured me took the corrective step. However, she assured me that person would be sent at 5.00 pm to attend to complain. However, nobody came. At 6.57 pm, I got a call from Mr. Satish (09930266891), who said that there was a communication gap, as he thought that the person would be sent on 26th October 2010 at 5.00 pm. I requested him to send person immediately so that he would attend and we can view the channel. But he also did not turn up. I have also not got any call from him till writing this formal complaint.

    The most important thing, which I am going to highlight that DISH TV is very particular, when recharge is due, They start reminding customer through various means like SMS,E-mail, and through recorded calls till he/she does not pay. I no doubt appreciate this facility. On the other front, say i.e. when they receive any compliant from the customer, their performance is worst. In fact, this is really a very bad state of affair, as evident from my experience as stated above. The after sales service is very very poor. The agency appointed by DISH TV is taking the thing granted and behaving as if they are doing any favour.

    Actually, my recharge was due from 22nd October 2010. When I was not able to view for last one month in spite of paying the recharge amount, I was seriously thinking of discontinuing the same. But when I was assured that the problem would be rectified within 24 hours (compliant was lodged on 21st October 2010), I deposited the recharge amount on 22nd October 2010. Whatever, I saying, these are from the records only.

My complaint Number was 47516029. After two day One service engineer came to my room and take the set box with him for some repair. After that when ever i'm tried to call custmor care department they didnt replied in satisfactory manner. They told me from 22nd october to till date that there systems are still updating, hence they cannot solve my problem. I am tried to calling the service engineers office at malviya nagar they told me that No such person is working in their office who is taking my setup box. Now its 1st november still i'm waiting for my setup box or any call regaring my complaint no. 47516029.


    kindly look the matter and solve my problem.
