    One day when i gone to my home town, I came to a strange experience that whole village was using Dish TV, Village with a population of more than 5000 people, can you beleive this ?????? when i asked my uncle what is the monthly subscription charge you are paying ..he replied Rs 80 per month. I was shocked!!!!! Than after my little investigation i came to know that their is one person named as Lalshankar Manshanker Joshi from Padra village, District Dungarpur, Rajasthan who has taken a legal Dish TV connection and giving output connection to whole village with a charge of 80/ per month. Isn't this too much. When i asked him not to do this as its not legal he said they have tie up with local dish tv officers to save them in case of surprise checking. I dont underestand why its happeninig and no one from Dish Tv is bother to stop all these.

    Angry Escalation contact for Dish TV

    Does anyone has the escalation contact, mail ID for DishTV complaints?
    If yes, please let me know.

    I already have come across the customer services mail ID but their response is not convincing and very disappointing, so I want to raise voice against it to the management.

    Default Dealer's complain

    hello,
    On 30/10/2010 i got a new dish tv DTH connection for Rs.1450 which comprised of 2 months platinum pack.
    As per the scheme my recharge date should be 30/12/2010.But initially it showed 26/11/2010.
    Further i got recharge of Rs. 200 to my account throught cash payment.The date then got renewed to 13/12/2010.
    Instead of 13/12/2010 it should be 13/1/2011.

    I had made regular contact with dealer but instead he is ignoring my calls.The dealer is giving irresponsible answers
    to my queries and even threatening me on the basis of his contact.One of the reason he gave was "the system is busy...it will take sometime to show on your account." Another reason he gave "complaint has been forwarded...you will soon get the favourable reason." etc.

    I hereby request the concerned authority to take suitable action against dealers and provide relief to us.

    Exclamation signal problem in kalaignar tv and maga tv

    i am from salem ,most of time the kalaignar tv transpoder all channels are not visable due to signal problem if i tune the antenna for the particular channel remaining all other channel are disturb due to siglal problem . what can i do for this problem

    DISH TV the worst nightmare as on 2nd July, 2011

    I have a dish TV connection with me since last couple of years. There was no complaint in services since then. But this year is full of complaints. We have called their engineer for aligning the disk in the month of February 2011. To our shock the engineer first told us the problem is not from dish but of the set top box, then of the wire , then of the LNB then of the dish. We requested him to leave, and again requested DISH TV to send in some qualified engineer. Again the person came, fiddled around with DISH and no help. Finally a gentleman came from dish TV who aligned the dish in 5 minutes. All was working fine till about a month when we had to call the engineer again.

    Last 4 months we have called the engineers every month, and every month it gets out of alignment.

    I again recharged the last Saturday 02/07/200 with RS.700/- and discovered the dish is not working. I have been calling them again and again, speaking with different person at all times
    -> Every time i meet a new person and have to narrate the story all over again
    -> They put me on hold with nothing happening
    -> They offer to call back, bu i never got any call back
    -> When i do get lucky to reach so called senior - he request for 24 hours for my resolution (Nothing happening - their 24 hours has expanded to 8 days so far and i dont know how long it would go)
    -> They wont return my money (Have said it clearly)
    -> They are incapable to offer service
    -> You waste minimum 1 hour daily calling them up and waiting anxiously for the reply.
    -> Their so called engineers are not qualified and would exploit you of your ignorance/ lack of knowledge, by offering you to replace dish, or wire, or connectors or LNB or whatever.
    -> They have no identification with them and can pose a serious threat to your family/ house, because the enter your premises.
    -> They have no proper equipment to align the dish - maybe a set top box from Door Darshan (DD) to align your disk.
    -> The way the handle your delicate equipment like LCD, cables, other attached equipments etc. would surely make other equipment losses including scratches, malfunctioning etc.
    -> They wont explain the problem or what they did with your complaint - they wont explain the resolution. At the best they can offer you AMC of the dish.




    TO CONCLUDE
    DISHTV is pure waste of money with no services.
    A kiryana store in the neighborhood can give you better services.


    I can only say that that i want my money returned for no services offered.

    I have been writing them emails, all they do is give me a reference ID and an assurance to get back to me soon. I am waiting and waitimg.So her I am reaing my voice and telling the world about the exploitation of the of the customers by DISH TV. I am using this forum to see in such hard words that i am totally fedup with the company (Pure Pain In The Neck).

    This way all their customers would run and what they would say is Wished We had Better Services And then we had more customers.

    Thumbs down Dish TV Service too poor

    Dear Sir,
    I have 2 Dish TV connections having VC Number 01505475976 and 01505475977. I always want to add 3rd connection as Child connection and talked to your customer care and dealers many times but no one able to help me regarding this. They just asked me to purchase a new separate connection all together means paying for all 3 connections separately, then why Dish TV display in their website that they can provide child connections as well to their customer.

    Finally, few months back I have purchased new airtel connection as Dish TV couldn't able to provide me 3rd connection as child one. And Airtel service seems to be too good and I am paying too less for the same channels that Dish TV providing me. And Now I am thinking to stop both my Dish TV connections all together and want to purchase 2 airtel child connections as they are very much ready to do so.

    It's a shame for the big company like Dish TV who let their customers go like this. Might be Dish TV able to provide me 3 connections in which 2 are child which is formally very possible and must be done by them.

    4-5 years of dealing with you even does not bother you that your old customers leaving you.

    You need to stop showing offers on your website that you can't provide. I will officially lodge a complaint against that.

    I have paid extra amount on 18-10-2011 in sri balaji traders, chanda nagar, hyderabad for extra channels of maa movies. My tv is also coming with heavy disturbance. So far maa movies channel is not added to my tv and also my tv with dishtv not rectified inspite of repeated calls to sri balaji traders. They told that with one day my two problems will be solved. But not done. They also asked me to contact mr. Suresh of dish tv over mobile no. 9912298668. Accordingly i contacted mr. Suresh. He told he will come today and solve the problems. But not came. Kindly intervene into the matter and settle my problems. If not possible please disconnect my dish tv connection with effect from 1st november 2011.

    Question Dish TV maintenence engineers are absent or careless

    Dear Sir/Madam,My VC No. is 01501057010. I have been requestinf an authorised dealer of Dish TV 'Abhishekh Electronics' ( Tel. No. 09838584369) to look into my interrupted transmission since Sunday October 30, 2011 but tii date (November 6, 2011) no one has bothered to visit my home. The only response I get from Abhishekh Electronics is that they have informed the engineer but he is too busy to come. Does it ususlly get 7 days to get service in this industry, or is it a problem with this company, or this agency only?I hope some one will do some hard talking with these careless people.S.     Default Dish TV RV program

    DO NOT PURCHASE DISH TV FOR RV PROGRAM!!!! We have had nothing but problems. Have been overcharged approximately $500.00 this last year. Check out Dish Sucks on FB for additional complaints. Was never told that when the time had run out on our service that we were supposed to call them and tell them we wanted our service discountinued. We ended up paying for weeks of service that we had never used. Was told that the problem was due to it being a pay as you go program but the billing was set up kinda like a residential account. I spoke to 15 people to get our account zeroed out for future service after we had discontinued the program!!! Kept being billed for service after I told them to disconnect.

    Default Complain Regarding DISH TV

    Hi ,

    Today I was trying to puchase a new distv connection online (speical offer).

    I tried to make payement multiple times from Debit card and netbanking bout every time the trancsation was failed. I tried at least 10-15 times as i got to know DISH TV serves best. Every time i got one transtion ID line 74400, 74411... I just noted two IDs.


    My problem is the money is gone from my CTI Bank and SBI account, but on the rechargeitnow.com website, the transaction history link has absolutely no history mentioned (payment successful / failed etc).

    I know sometimes Dish TV online payment takes 2 business days. However since a third party is involved here, I am worried that my money is gone.

    I called the Dish TV call centre, but as always the call centre staff disconnects my call deliberately after hearing my issue.
