Dear concerned,

I bought the Big TV DTH connection before 6 months. I subscribed for
the plan of 6 months free usage. Before end of 6 months, the company
deducted my account for around 400 rupees wrongly. Though i recharged
my account uptil now with recharge voucher of 200 Rs. twice, still the
account balance is -91 rupees. Since the 6 months free subscription
got over on 2nd march, 2009, the service has been suspended now. I
have registered complaints to customer care for around 20 times, but
haven't got any fair response from their side. Please suggest me what
can I do against this thing ?

I am tired calling the same customer care which did not sort out my
problem until now.

Hi I am Arshad,
Yesterday (09.10.09) I Subscribe a new Airtel Digital Tv of Rs.1790/- , in evening at 7:00pm its intall in my house without any activation & ID , the engineer told me it will be activate in 30 minute to Maximum 2 hour, if its not activate you call me any time i will solve it, but after 9:00pm i call him but he never recieve my call still at this time, i Call custome care service he told me you have no Customer ID and you contact to Local Dealer (In CC he dont know Local Dealer's Name and address) i shocked . before my subscription they talk me like a they request to me please give a chance for service we always available to help and solve you problem. now they are talking like a dog. no service and customer care they are CARELESS AND HELPLESS.

Please give me suggestions for solve my problem

There is not even a single Christian channel in TATASKY DTH.When ever the customer care is been contacted ,they give only political promises .So it is high time to add Christian channels like SHALOM TV, GOD TV.

I have been a DISH TV Customer since last 7 Years with the and viewing card no 01501868423. I have made my complain on 29/01/2011 with complain no 53676754 regarding repairing of STB box and it was changed by dish TV but faulty STB box has been provided, then once again i have made complain for same with complain no 54372815 on 18/02/2011,then they had changed my STB box but once again faulty STB provided for which i have made complain again on with complain no 54832991 on 27/02/11,but once again they have provided me faulty STB now i have lodge one more complain with complain no 54929199 on 28/02/2011.
When i have asked for senior person they simply refused to provide contact no of any senior person no, you are requested please provide me some solution.
I want to return my money during the period they have charged
