I had subscribed TATASKY connection during the month of Dec’2007. At
the time of connection, it was assured that, all channels cost of Rs.350/-
package including Activekids etc., are free for seven months.

But, on 20-02-2008, the active kids, active games etc., and Zoom,
bindas, plus 9 etc., are withdrawn by the TATASKY. When it was questioned over
phone, the executive telling that, these channels are paid channel and for its
connection Rs. 399/- for one year to be paid. I explained her that, at the time
of connection, all the channels are free of cost for seven months, but the
answer from the executive is sorry.

Kindly some one helps to solve the problems.
