i am a subscriber of dishtv and i habve paid annual subscription
charges for an year at the prevailing rate at that tiime as @350/-
per month for dishmaxi+sun(tamil+malayalam). today the dishtv
charges only @300 for his since they got many Competitor like big
tv, sky tv, airtel. they had to reduce rate to lure customers.

But are we who have paid the subscription charges not deprived of
the reduced rates since we have paid charges at one time, at higher
rent. Normally its happening tht when they make the billing chages
they can charge the bill as per the older rates for that prevailing
rates and if rates are reduced/incresed that charges get adjusted
for the future subscriptions.


For eg : when bsnl was taking monthly subscription at amount of @250
monthly and now they charge @180 monthly. Sililarly dishtv also are
supposed to do the similar.


pls give me suggestion how can we raise the issue to dishtv c=for
consumer concerns or to consumer court.
