Hi,
I am still not able to watch the paid channels except the three free
channels. Now its three days and I am calling the customer care numbers
1800-200-7575,0495 39407575 ; but the line is busy always and even if it got
connected, it will say that no one is available now and will be disconnected
after 20 mins.
So I tried to call the nodal officer at Kochi using the number 0484
6603990; it is ringing but no one is picking the phone. So I am copying this
mail to Sun DTH Customer care, Sun Dth Nodal Officer Kochi and a same copy
to the consumer forum. So if it is not resolved within 24 hours I want the
full money refunded back or I will take this email to the consumer court.
