I, Dr. gautam Guha, Faculty of The Scindia School, The Fort, Gwalior (M.P.) Pin. - 474008, Contact No. + 91 9425341279, was agreed upon the proposal of , M/S. Sheetal Tarang, Bharadwaj Sadan, Tansen Road, Gwalior, M.P. - 474002, Prpo. Mr. Ashok Bharadwaj, Mob. no. + 91 94251 12351, to pay Rs. 3000.00 for enjoying DISH TV connection with one year free subscribtion with MAXI pack, including installation and other expanses. Accordingly 0n 01/08/2008, I made the payment by A/C pay cheque no. 004704 , of Bank of Baroda, Scindia School Extn. Branch, Fort, Gwalior (M.P.). Initial Two months service was satisfactory. But since October 2008, Now and Then my connection made blocked and repeated telephonic request to the delar, district service engineer of DISH TV and at times I need to request to State Service Engineer for restoring the service. But fron 27th February, 2009 My service has again blocked and on complain customercare centre has replied to me to recharge and the delar is not responding. I want some legal action against DISH TV as well as M/S. Sheetal Tarang, Bharadwaj Sadan, Tansen Road, Gwalior, M.P. - 474002, for executing FRAUD with me.
