I only recived Voucher showing Activation number & Sr.No.

I'm a airtel customer my no is 9818633049.I stay in Govindpuri,Kalkaji area of south Delhi.I cmplained so many time to improve network service.It is less than a tower in this area not only for me but other too.But they said it would short-out.
So many poor service.
