Hi,
I was living in Greater Noida earlier and now I moved to Ghaziabad. I had a tata sky connection in greater noida and I asked tata sky to relocate the same dish and connection to my new address. After relocation there were few channel missing in my Tata Sky connection which are included in the package that I am using, when I called the tata sky costumer care they told me that they will send an engineer which will charge Rupees 350/- for every visit unless the problem is resolved. This will be separate from the charges that I have paid for the relocation.
These things were never told to me when I have put in the request for relocation in the tata sky customer care.
Please take some serious action against this as this is overcharging something that was never told to the customer.
