Bad Service and no response from the Airtel DTH I have taken a new Digital TV connection from Airtel that is South Indian Pack for 2000/- Rs at Chennai. I have recently transferred from Chennai to Banglore. I have requested to Airtel Customer Care people for the re-installation at Banglaore. For the they have collected RS: 600/- from me. But there is no response from the installation team about the reinstallation. If I called Customer Care #, they are opening one complaint abou the issue and saying that that will resolve in 24 Hrs. But the complaint is closing successfully with out resolving the issue and no intimation to the customer about the closing of the complaint. Daily I am calling the Airtel Customer care and spending more then one hour time with them but I have not yet get the re-installation at Bangalore.
This is happening from two week onwards. I have escalated to the Project Leaders from the Airtel Customer Care people and they have given promises to me and failed to achieve that promise about the reinstallation.
I am expecting that the Consumer Court can understand my problem and take the necessary action on Airtel

hi dear you will not get any reply from airtel even if you get your problem will noy t be solved they will keep fooling you on phone as the case was with me my cus id 3001503855 too had similar problem not solved yet . i have planned to approach consumer courts and seek compensation and have already collected all the nessary information regarding that . you can mail me and get the format for your complain with consumer court its easy . once you lodge the complain airtel will run behind you . my email id is pradeep19augyadav@gmail.com and my ph no is 9457104501 feel free to contact me and get the details
