    Angry Terrible experience of airtel DTH

    I want to congratulate airtel DTH through this forum for such a nice service, just see the details

    1. I paid Rs999 on 16/8/10 at 10.12hrs via credit card through madam Gayetri at 12148 in response to mail of special offer of DTH @999. Transaction id 10314591

    2. Madam Gayetri at 12148 had promised to get installation as well as activation with in 24 to 48 hrs.

    3. I made 7 hours of phone service at 12148 on 17/8/10 and 18/8/10 to contact Madam Gayetri through other customer care executives to get installation but I could not and all in vain.

    4. On 19/8/10 at 10.12hrs, 72 hrs has been passed but without even installation. After continuous phone at 12148, 12150 for at least 5 hours continuously or intermittently through so called seniors at 12150, I got able to get phone nos. 9223550071, 9223551371, these nos are responded back as not used or not reachable in different language, on again contacting 12150, I got phone no. 9501009770 of Mr. sumit area manager Amritsar but Mr. Sumit never responded and he responded continuously busy at my no.9779233491, which I have checked from different phone no. after contacting again at 12150, I got phone no. of M/s Asha Enterprises, Amritsar i.e. 9646208002, they told me that they have not received any mail from HQ regarding any installation till 15.10 hrs on 19/08/10 i.e 77 hours have been elapsed since realization of payment. After contacting again at so called seniors at 12150, at 17.20 hrs M/s Asha enterprises has told me that engineer will install the dish around 18.00Hrs. after continuous calling the engineer, I was only able to get the installation at 22.30hrs. on 19/08/10 still without any activation.

    5. On 20/08/10, at 10.30 hrs, I have contacted M/s Asha enterprises for activation and I have swithed ON my STB and TV at 10.30 hrs. on contacting they told me that with in one hour my system will be activated, but all in vain

    6. At 11.30 I again contacted 9646208002 for not activation and they made strange statements that my order has not been placed and we have no activation coupen no. to activate as I have made on line payment which was supposed to be realized at Gurgaon for which M/s Asha enterprises at 9646208002 is not responsible. What a kind answer? Is not it!

    7. I again contacted so called seniors at 12150 and they promised me that my system will be activated by 19.00 hrs on 20/08/10 i.e after 105 hrs of realization of payment. What a kind answer? Is not it!

    8. My STB and TV has been lying ON since 10.30 hrs at the mercy of airtel without any activation and at 14.30 hrs I again contacted M/s Asha enterprises, again the answer is same i.e. we have no activation coupen no. to activate as I have made on line payment which was supposed to be realized at Gurgaon for which M/s Asha enterprises at 9646208002 is not responsible, after continuous loudest and throat cutting telephone talking for 15 minutes, i got promise that system will be activated within one hour and up to that time M/s Asha enterprises has no any knowledge of my transaction id.

    9. At 15.50hrs, on contacting 9646208002 repeatedly my phone was not answered. Then I attempted to contact

    9646208002 from my friend’s mobile no. and they responded that system will be activated with in 10 minutes.

    10. Finally my system has been activated around 16.30hrs after 102 hrs of realization of payment.

    11. A great battle which caused my whole throat sore and I am now on medication.

    12. Thanks for such a nice first experience and as a good will gesture, you will receive the copy of this mail on daily basis and I will circulate it to every body who dare to think to avail airtel DTH.
