I have purchased Airtel DTH on 9th of August 2010 having customer id 3004884102 and from very first day the picture is coming with the delay of 1-2 second but from 17th August 2010 no signal menu is showing i called customer care more than 50 times and there zonal office more than 10 times they are only registering the request no. are 3589753,3602520,3605425 and after 1 day it will be closed by them automatically and i got the massage showing your problem has been resolved i also called on the number provided by them but they are also only giving the assurance that your problem will be solved in 2-3 hours from 17th i am waiting for the technician to come but no body came it was really a big harassment of customer and there money i don't know what to do and where should i go.
